Adding a Phrase

I am a little new to a few things, I just need to know how to Add a phrase. Could not find phrase 'jb_emailadmin'. and also I need to add a few others.

Admin Control Panel / Languages & Phrases / Phrase Manager
Click Add New Phrase and make sure you select the correct Phrasegroup.
