i'm sure glad i paid for all that support from vbulletin.com:
http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=128587&highlight=phpsessid
n my site, http://www.webseth.com , i use an unaltered version of external.php using the js option.
the problem is, your first visit the links (including the js) all get a ?phpsessid=7398@&#(*ASLSDHA crap added to it, and it breaks the javascript so it doesnt execute. refresh the page, and it'll work with no phpsessid's.. to test it, clear your cookies, refresh again, and it wont work, and again ALL links will have phpsessid on them, and you can view the source to see how the js is broken.
i cant find where this is coming from , i have to assume its somewhere in the main files that external.php calls, globals and the other.
what can be done?
thanks
- Seth
any ideas here? seems like it would be a configuration error on my end, but the vbulletin.com guy acts like its a "feature", taking a page out of msfts book.
