in your postbit template (i think) find $username (i think) and change with <blink>$username</blink> (i think)

Can someone tell me if this is good PHP-scripting:

if ($username=rickjansen105)
{ $username=<table style="filter:glow(color=#000000,strength=2)">$username</table>
}

And in which PHP3 file do i have to change this? postings.php3?
