Anybody knows how to change the encoding of the emails which are sent to the members? This includes subject+body.

I need to change it from UTF-8 to windows-1255.

I really cant believe that no one knows how to change the encoding.. :(
Its really critical... every message my members recieve they get it with unknown charters and must change the encoding manualy...
