Protected Usergroups

This hack protects usergroups and the users within the usergroups!

Usergroup Protection
Only Superadmins can make a admin/supermod usergroup.

Usergroup Protection
Cannot edit or remove usergroups that are protected.
Cannot add new users.

User Protection (users within the usergroup [primary or secondary])
Cannot edit users.
Cannot delete users.

This works for ALL VERSIONS of vBulletin 3!

If you installed v1.0 please reinstall v1.5 as it is a complete overhaul and has major fixes!

i don't understand the need of this... if you have 1000 admins, maybe, but usually, you don't give access to creation of users to all usergroups...

In the enviroment where you do have 14 admins and 4 have superadmin this is a very nice feature. And the point is you cannot limit them to what usergroups they can edit, or add people into! This hack fixes that and also keeps admins from play a little prank on other by changing their sigs or something which is funny the first time but get annoying for some. It also stops them from making another admin group which is a security issue.
