is there a way to prevent a user from posting in ALL CAPS? i know there is a way to prevent all caps in the subject line, but is there a hack to prevent it in the body of the message?

i believe this is built into vB already. under vBulletin options it's called "shouting"

right, but as i said, that's only for shouting in titles. i want it to apply to entire posts.

it applies for titles and posts on my site.

He's on 2.x and you're on 3.x. It was only titles in vB2 IIRC.

I'm on 3.0.7 and it only does it on Titles not on post text....

Yes but when you use it what you get is worse than the all caps. You Get Sentences Which Look Like This And Are Really Hard To Read. I would rather everything were lowercase. If anyone has a hack that would change this it'd be great!
