Backup questions.

Okay, I've got vb3.0.6 and I've messed around with my forum a lot, what I want to do is to backup the posts, users, polls, and all the other crucial default things.

I don't care about anything else, just the required default things a forum needs. So this way when I re-fresh install I canjust import the stuff back.

I know what hacks I need and dont need so this should be a one time situation. Can anyone help with this? or is there a function that can restore a forum to factory settings minus posts/users/etc?

well for files - you will need to rehack them ,

about DB

just upload freash files from 3.0.6 and run the upgrade script.
all posts / users / status /etc will be saved.

but HACKS you will need to redo the php edits.
