oh my.
I currently administrate a site with 17 different categories and some 130 or so forums under these categories. Under each main category, there is a forum for that general category. For instance:
South Eastern Conference Category
SEC Conference Forum
Alabama
Arkansas
Auburn....
You get the idea. I have a mod for most active individual boards and my more "seasoned" mods control the conference forums where we encourage banter and the like to take place so that the individual boards can remain clean and on topic.
I also have two Super Mods, whom I trust, who can moderate any board on the site. What I would like to do is create a moderator type similar to the Super Mod but restrict its permissions only to a Conference/Category. For example, the SEC Conference forum moderator would then be able to moderate all individual forums under the SEC umbrella.
Anyone know a hack for this or can give me some advice about where to start?
