navbar help again

I want to take off the 'New posts' from main navbar
i no where to doit but worried i mite delete something else
can u show me the whole code of what to delete to get rid of NEW POSTS from main navbar and SEarch

if u think u know how to do it just backup the template by selecting it all cop and paste it into notepad then try it if not work the replace it from the one in notepad
