Using a Poll on a non VB page

I was on the Beastie Boys site (http://www.beastieboys.com) they have a link from their home page to a Poll on their VBulletin Board.

Apparently this is a hack. Can anyone tell me how to do it?

I've done a search here but can't really find what I'm looking for, it either seems to be people waiting for a reply to what I'm looking for, or baffling code, I'm pretty new to VB. Any help would be great!

This is vbadvanced for sure. They just changed the css
