A drop down list in menu popup

Hi All,

In the "Members List" section, in the menu popup to search members based on username - I am trying to include a drop down selection list (that show job categories of the users), where users will be able to select a category & search on it.

I am able to see that list alright in all other browsers except IE. IE does not display the drop down list. Any ideas what might be causing this ?

i think you will be ab;le to do this thru a template
try at www.vbulletintemplates.com i think i see something there bout it or summit bit similar.
