were are you trying to reply,if u trying to reply in service requests u cant its for staff only or u maybe showing up unlicensed but a moderator will have to tell u this. if you are showing up as unlicensed go here http://www.vbulletin.com/members/membersupport_priority.php You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page.
