Style Sheets missing after server move

My style sheets are getting lost. They should be at

http://www.enworld.org/clientscript/vbulletin_css/style-b4ace938-00082.css


The URL the system is putting them at is...
http://www.enworld.org/forums/clientscript/vbulletin_css/style-b4ace938-00082.css


What gives? (I've found and corrected all the other link problems)

make sure you have the option save css as file and then go to edit all style and press save (with editing or not), this will create a new css file in your server.
