Email Attachments and daily emails

hey i was hoping some one can help me ?

i need a vbhack made this hack will email all my members a daily email of all new
Attachments uploaded to my web site i already know that there is the vbcombull one on this site but thats not what im needing what i do need is for this hack to be able to call home for all the images needed to make up the html doc

here is a basic lay out of it i hope some one can do this for me
