Jump to Last ? Page of Posts

I noticed here at vbulletin.org - that if the thread spreads a couple pages of replies, a jump to the Last page of replies is available (TALKING ABOUT SHOWTHREAD)

How can I implement something similar?

its already integrated with vB, try looking in your vbulletin options
