Force to read

hi there, im going to buy vbulletin, but I was wondering, before i do, is there a mod that forces people to read a thread? I think I would need this in my forum, if there is one out there, please post a link as I ould be grateful.

I don't currently know of such a modification.
What you can do is use announcements or sticky posts that will stay on the top of your forum.
