Your portal is very sluggish, and loads quite slowly.

The forum, I felt there were way too many tables everywhere. Especially at the top. People want to access your forum list, and make it easier for them by not having to make them scroll down just to get the start of it. I'd do this by moving the shoutbox below. It can deter posting.

Pretty nice job, lots of info, tho yea, i'd relocate the shoutbox, I got rid of mine, as it does tend to take away from posting..
