Checkbox on new thread bit

Hey is there a mod where you can add a checkbox on the posting bit .. so
the user can select what is added before the start of there title ...

e.g: user selects news

[News] is added

and it looks like

[News] This is news

note it puts a space after ]

So we can have a few options News / Request / and so on on this new
thread bit
