Google Adsense?

I just signed up for this to see if it could help pay my hosting bill. I added their code on my index.php template, but how do I get it to show up on each page, or at least when someone hits "New Posts"? Most of my members just check in a couple times a day and hit new posts anyway. Oh, and I'm running 3.0.3.

You can place it in the header.
I have mine in the nav bar.
