Colour Code Experts, Can you help me with these?

No, that site is one of the most popular forums ever. I know the admin won't email me back about colour codes. They probably recieve 100's of emails a day.

Just hoping that someone here can help me with the colour codes. I've tried for hours but I can't figure out the shades at all. This is probably really simple for someone who knows their colour codes, which isn't me unfortunately.

Select "Source" in teh view menu (if using IE)
