Hey everyone, forgive me if this has been discussed, however, is there a hack out there that will allow my members to have their own name@weapondepot.com address (where name is theirs)?

Are you able to create POP3 odr IMAP4 mailboxes on your server?
If so you can use vBMS to provide your users with a webmail system integrated with vBulletin. (it uses vBulletin as backend).
