I already searched for this but I can't seem to use the correct key words but anyways, here it goes.
How about making a top 10 script that works with the latest vBulletin. Like a fan site where people signup for an account in your forum to advertise their site and let people vote for their websites to reach the top of the chart. Yah, I'm referring to a simple and typical top 10 ranking system.
