attachment not allowed

Hi,
As you saw my attachment upload quota is 12.582.982 byte.but i tried 1.280.390 byte and i couldn't upload my file into my database.it gave this error.is there anybody who can help me?

it has nothing to do with the upload quota. check your e-mail and tell us what the error message was.
