Need a hack that allows me to put sponsor banners up...

i had this hack on my old board but i had to switch to a newr version of vbulletin and lost all my hacks, i put one banner up with html but thats too time consuming, does anybody have a hack for this?

i want to be able to put my banners up through the admin cp, is there a hack for vb version 3.0.6 that looks like the banner placement in the link below?
