yeah like said i need the Download forums have 15 post so the user dont have no post they can't enter the forum only if they get 15 post. or thread at the same time ..

so use the promotions system so you have your starter group who have 0-14 posts and then your promotion group which has 15+. when they reach 15 posts promotions will automaitcally change their usergroup to the promoted group. you can set it up that only the promoted group can view the downloads forum thus making it you have to have 15 posts or more to view this forum.
