I have been checking out the promotion section in ACP and noticed it basically goes off of post count, how long someone's been a member, or their reputation.
Is there a way to add the uploading of the extention ".torrent"?
example:
When someone uploads 25 ".torrent" files, they then get to access a certain forum.
