Strange Referrers......

Right - after checking my logs i notice my top referrers are as listed below :

Now - after visiting 1 or 2 - purely to see what referral there is - i find theres nothing on the page?!

The site i run is a minimoto site (bike racing) and has NOTHING to do with adult content as seen above?!

Why would this be so and how can i stop it?

I've noticed the same thing on my board as well, but it just means that something that's on your board is being used at someone else's website. Like an image or what not. If I'm wrong, I'll say my bad, but that's what I found the referrals to be on mine.

If you mean removing them from the referrers page, in the thread I linked to I think I said I did that a couple weeks ago when I saw it start on my forum (it started on 5 December). My members aren't really interested in referrers - I just changed the template so no referrers are listed.

I was bored so I also went through the domain and referrer tables used by the hack with phpmyadmin and dumped the porn related entries. I was very unhappy when I first saw the entries but the fix was easy.
