From what i have heard anything above 4 is termed as high load..

Maybe some more people can highlight here ?

no I am not a shared server brad...

I have installed ... Vb Chat, shoutbox1.1, Infobar, no.of users active today
that's all I remember doing in my board....

queries are fine but your load is very high - also it may be just that time of day u took em from - try your load later and if its still above 4 then yeah its very high.

Anything above 2 to 3, for a sustained period, is not good, anything above 4 to 5 indicates a problem.
