Quick Reply problem

Ok when trying to submit a quick reply it trys to take me to "http://(example).com/cgi-bin/example.cgi" it was working fine, how do i fix this problem, is it template related? what template would quick reply be in? showthread... i tried searching for that URL inside showthread and postbit, no luck, any information would be greatly appreciated
