Limit user access, depends on number of post...

I need a hack that can lockout users that do not have a certen numbers of posts.
Lets say i deside that a specific category/forum only can bee viewed and used if a member got (lets say) 1000 post.

I am not 100% sure how promotions work.
I would LOVE users to be able to get referal points and (some how in promotions) this could advance them to a new user group.

IF ANYONE knows how to do that PLEASE post it. (I am aware this is a V2 thread but to save space and I dont think this would really be a hack. I did the request in here. I have Vb 3.0.3)

Not all of it, but im on www.vbulletin.com now and reading it, but my english is not that great, so not everything that they type i do understand :(

But give me a bit time, and i think i can get it to work :)

AHHH I got it to work now :D
