You know when you're a guest on the forum and you see a welcome message that says "Welcome to blahblahblah" and it says "If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ by clicking the link above. You may have to register before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below. " ?
Well I want to know how I can change that if you guys know what I mean.

its one of the phrases just do a search on a few words from the phrase in the phrase manager

Actually the phrase name is first_visit_message if you are logged out

Do I find the phrase in the skin template or what?
No the Phrase manager.... its right under the style section in the admincp
