Quick Question, same problem various areas in VB

I'm having the same problem in a few various areas of VB, the first area is with the quick reply box, was working fine til the other day, I believe an admin has done something, just cant figure out what.

The problem is, when clicking on quick reply it attempts to take me to "http://www.digitalmental.com/cgi-bin/example.cgi" I don't have a cgi-bin nor an example.cgi, and it has never done this before.

It also attempts to take me to that URL when using thread tools, ie: trying to close a thread, does anyone have any information pertaining to this problem? If so please assist me, or I'm going to have to remove VB and go with a fresh install, thank you for your time

That's a weird problem. Check the templates that have quick reply code in them haven't been medelled with.

Same error when trying to move thread, close thread, etc, trys to direct me to example.cgi which aint there

do they have access to your php files?
you might need to restore some backups
