Is there anyway to merge to forums IPB & vB is its possible thanx its IPB 1.3.1Final and vB 3.0.3

Import scripts exist for both vBulletin 3 -> vB 3 and IPB -> vBulletin. See the impex forum at vBulletin.com

What do you think impex does? delete all the old data?

Then you get the database from the first board, restore it to where your board is and then do the import.
