Sending ecards to all my members

Greetings,

I'm looking for suggestions & tips on finding a way to send an e-card (in this case, Christmas card) to all of the members on my board (1000+). I've done some searching here and over at vb.com, and haven't seen much.

Anyone have any ideas for doing this automatically, rather than going to some ecard site and entering a new card 1000+ times :ermm:

Why don't u get a big mailing list, then send the e-card to yourself then forward it on to all the members using your mailing list

Use ZT's Mass PM mod and send them all the link to it

Yea, I was thinking I'd have to go somewhat down that route, but I'd like it to be personalized in someway, maybe with their username.

If you make the card itself generic

eg from the team at yourdomain.com

The you could send it to yourself then using the send e-mail to members function in the ACP you could personalise the email that you send to them to include their username by using $username in the email. Just give them the link to the card and that would work.
