Odd Nav bar problem

This is driving me nuts.
Suddenly, the pop-ups aren't working in the forums (active topics, quick links, search, etc). But, the pop-ups DO work on my vBAdvanced home page.
I removed a link (that I had previously added) to the navbar, but can't for the life of me find anything wrong with the navbar template.

Any thoughts?

back up your navbar then revert it and re-add any custom links. It happens if the template is not reverted between 3.0.x and 3.5.x
