i can`t download hacks.... why???

i followed the instructions regarding giving my email and my customer number and password. However, the notice is still showing up in the header. What's up?

The email address is case-sensitive. Check your profile to see what it is and paste it into the boxes in your members area. It can take up to an hour for the process to verify your status too :)

hey there,
I know there's supposed to be an hour wait and it's only been 20 mins or so...but if there's any way to speed up the process, I'm quite eager to install the vbchat and who's online today hacks :D not trying to be annoying, just curious :)
