New Post E mail

Hey everyone...anyone know if there is a hack or could someone possibly do one that sends an e mail to a user when someone replies to them. I know with subscriptions it e mails everyone subscribed, however, what I need is to have something that only e mails the person who received a response.

Does that make sense?
