I was looking everywhere to answer of my questions...not found

can vbulletin run under IIS .... not apache

means I want vb to run on windows 2003 and IIS

I manage to install php and mysql on Windows 2003 but can vbulletin run on IIS ? did anybody try that ?? does that require specail configuration ??

I hope i get answer for my question

As long as you have php and mysql installed and running then there is no reason it would not run via IIS.

vBulletin will run on anything that can support php 4.0.6+ (and for future versions 4.1.0+) and mysql(4.0.x preferably)

so this includes windows with IIS
