how to display welcome message?

Hi,

I am new to vbulletin. While I was modifying vb for my site, I need to include "Welcome message" section. I found that vbulletin.org has this feature that it could be shown the welcome box ( If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ by clicking the link above...) but when a member logs in, this box is disappear.

I need to implement this feature (or it may be already in vb but I can't find it).

Could someone help me?

This feature is a built in component of a fresh install of vBulletin and should show by default- you can edit it in Language and Phrases.
