I want to customize my header...Help

I want to make my header like this but with my own images ofcourse, what template is it in and i really need some help as far as the code goes on how to add links in the pm box make quick links from images...etc

Actually i want to make mine just like this one but with my own images.. any help would be extremely appreciated.
