How come for some reason now whenever me or any other admin is in the adminCP my site drags BIG TIME im talking 45 secodns to load my Portal ?? its really strange then it runs slow for like another 5-10 mins then will operate normal again until the admicp is used again then it will run slow again.

Sounds like the admin panel is causing alot of server load, have you modified it any?

i havent really modded my adminstufff too much at all anyway im using Vb 3.0.3 and VBADVACEND CMPS 1.0 Gold. it just started recently and ive been using this seup from the begining this juts started in the last week really.

Are you using a shared hosting account? How many members are online compared to usual? Has the server had any patches or modifications made?

Those are a few things that could effect it ...
