file attachment size limit

I have users uploading jpg's. Some are posted while others are not. The ones that are not posted complain that the forums will not allow a file size greater than 97K.

Is there a way to increase that size limit or should I direct the users to use some utill to resize their graphic beforehand?

yes you can do it in admincp in usergroup setting and also in the attachments setting.

From admin control panel look to the left menu and go to 'attachments', from there go to 'attachments and sizes' from there you can change the settings to whatever you require.
