I have 2 question..PLEASE

Thank you guys for looking at this thread. I have 2 questions. They are listed at bottom I would apreciate ANY help you can give.

1) Is there anyway to make 2 seperate announcments. Like 2 threads instead of every time u post an announcement it just stays as 1 and other one seems like a post in that announcement. You see what I am saying?

2) The old owner installed a NO PROXIES hack or something. He forgot where he put it cause now I wanna turn it off and do not know how to LOL..PLEASE help me.

Two parter eh?

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Forum Display Options (forumdisplay) > Group Announcements > NO

Did you look at the no proxies hack here?

Chances are the changes were made to global.php but if you are unsure you should ask him waht hack he installed.

Have you got a link to the no prxy hack here? I could not find it. The old owner does not remember what hack he installed :( :( Any help would be apreciated.
