Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

This is throwing me some. I am attemtping to include the forum (index.php) as part of the home.php page. I am getting this error when I have done that. At line 7 in home.php is the <style> command - nothing else.
I have checked the index.php page for spaces.. nothing. Any ideas?
