Making Postbit (where username is shown) the same width

I have a problem if you take a look at the site below:

You can clearly see that the column where the username is, is different widths, how can i make them all the same width?

you can trim the usernames...

Its not the usernames which is causing it. I think the table width has not been set i need to know where to enter the table width for the column
