Duplicating forums inside one board

I have around 50 communities, all with the same forums. I have created the first. Would anyone know a simple way to copy the first 49 times and add them to the board I have?

For example, the first page of the board is community link 1-50. Click on any link and it takes you into 2 categories with 15 subsequent forums. This is the same for every community listed. I would like to be able to not have to type in the whole 50 communities - just edit their names once I have copied the first.

Any ideas?

If these are new communities, maybe restoring a sql dump of the first sites db?
