Error...why?

When some makes a post with an apostrophe ('), or uploads an attachment with an apostrophe in the name, I get this, why?


Database error in vBulletin 3.0.3:

Invalid SQL: SELECT size,times_completed, seeders,leechers,id FROM torrents WHERE filename = 'Who - Who's Next Sessions.torrent'
