I posted this at vbulletin.com..
is there any way to have a "you can only post x times per y seconds," but only active for some usergroups?
as way of punishing/detering some things, i'd like to be able to have a "restricted" usergroup only able to post occasionally- but no one else be under that restriction
is there any way to do this?
and they told me to ask her if anyone'd be willing to make this sort of a hack..
