Message to user w/ 0 postcount encouraging user to post introduction..

I've seen this hack on other boards.. and I thought I saw it on here somewhere, but can't seem to locate it. Basically, it displays a little message to users w/ 0 postcount.. I've seen it at theadminzone and it says:

"Hey Torqued - Isn't it about time you made that 1st post? Check out our Introduce Yourself Forum! "

Where is this mod? :)

You need to install Forum Annoucment Hack from Logician :)
