I'm just wondering, I have a owned license with vBulletin. After it expires will I still be able to download new mods from here? Or would I have to renew the license for another year to get mods?

You will still be able to download modifications from vbulletin.org as well as vbulletintemplates.com and will still recieve support at vbulletin.com.

The only thing you won't have access to are the newer versions of vBulletin itself.
